It was a rainy morning that soacked us before school. It was like floods in France, but for only 10 minutes. As they said, it’s always like that in Malta.

When we arrived in school, the rain stopped and life continues. No harm done, just water that goes away with the sun.

After school, we went visiting Valetta, the capital city who’s fully belong to the Unesco World Heritage. She was maid by stone that they took from below the city, and was created by people working for the order of st. John. The builders, instead of being paid, get they need in water for them and family, as it always been a problem in Malta.

Recently, they have build a new parliament palace and he don’t really pleased the population. They said they build a cheese grater in the city. But this extravagant architecture is well thought cause the pseudo-hive make shadows and block sun for heating up the place. Malta suffer more of heat than cold.

They is a tradition in the capital. Every day, they are shooting the city cannons at the sea.

Fun fact – they are churches all around the place, and you can’t walk for 10 seconds without being near of a church.
